1. Our 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on eligible purchases made through the Quantellignce Platform. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of the original purchase date, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.
After the 7-day period has elapsed, we are unable to offer a refund under any circumstances, so we encourage you to begin your course promptly and contact us if you have any concerns.

2. Eligibility for a Refund
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
Your refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
The digital product must be unused. This means you must not have accessed, streamed, downloaded, or engaged with any of the course or module content beyond the free preview or introductory material.
Refunds are only available for purchases made directly through the Quantellignce Platform. Purchases made through third-party platforms or partners are subject to their own refund policies.
Only one refund request per customer will be considered within any 12-month period.

3. Non-Refundable Purchases
The following are not eligible for a refund:
Any course, module, or bundle where the content has been accessed or partially completed.
Purchases where the 7-day refund window has passed.
Promotional purchases, discounted bundles, or products purchased during a sale, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Subscription renewals where the renewal date has passed and the subscription period has commenced.
Any additional services or add-ons purchased alongside a course.

4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to our support team through the Quantellignce website. To process your request efficiently, your email must include all of the following information:
Full Name: Your full legal name as registered on your account.
Order Number: The order number provided in your purchase confirmation email.
Email Address: The email address used to sign up for your Quantellignce account.
Product Purchased: The exact name of the course, module, or bundle you are requesting a refund for.
Reason for Return: A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
Refund requests that do not include all of the above information may be delayed or declined. We reserve the right to request additional information to verify your purchase before processing a refund.

5. Refund Processing
Once your refund request has been received and reviewed, we will notify you by email whether your request has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider. Please note that Quantellignce does not control the processing times of banks or payment providers, and it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Quantellignce is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences.

6. Removal of Access Following a Refund
Upon approval of a refund, your access to the relevant course, module, or bundle will be revoked immediately. Any downloaded or saved materials must be deleted. Continued use of course content following a refund approval is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and may result in further action.

7. Fraudulent or Abusive Refund Requests
Quantellignce reserves the right to decline refund requests that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of this policy. We monitor refund activity and reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that we determine are misusing our refund policy.

8. Technical Issues
If you are experiencing technical difficulties accessing your purchased content, please contact our support team before submitting a refund request. In many cases, technical issues can be resolved quickly and a refund may not be necessary. We are committed to ensuring you can access the content you have paid for.

9. Changes to This Policy
Quantellignce reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this policy before making a purchase.
